At Siléane, the 2022 professional equality index for women and men is still on track.
In 2022 we confirm a gender equality index of 86%, a score of 73/85 according to the “Professional Future” law, which requires companies with more than 50 employees to assess their gender pay gap on the following 5 criteria :
