Gender Equality Index 2025

Since March 1, 2019, all French companies with more than 50 employees have been obliged to publish their Gender Professional Equality Index every year, in application of the “Avenir professionnel” law of September 5, 2018.

This index, introduced by the “Avenir professionnel” law of September 5, 2018, aims to measure differences in treatment between the sexes within companies.
