Gender diversity in historically male and female professions has increased and this is good news! Of course, some sectors still have a hard skin, it must be said. In the engineering and research sectors, schools are becoming more female, and de facto, the proportion of women in company teams is increasing. Within our teams, we are pleased to note that ¼ of our team is now female.🎵Who run the world? -> GIRLS !😉🎵
In July 2022, among our engineers, we count 23% women and 77% men in our teams, an increase of 15.4% since 2013.
In addition, Sileane’s index for professional equality between women and men stands at 94%, a score of 80/85 for the 2021 period.
As a reminder, the law n°2018-771 of 5 September 2018, known as the “Professional Future” law, completed by the decree n°2019-15 of 8 January 2019, requires companies with at least 50 employees to have a system for evaluating pay gaps between women and men, leading to a rating. This is a score out of 100 which must be calculated and published by the company on its website each year.
